RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - In a story April 13, 2020, about marijuana decriminalization legislation in Virginia, The Associated Press erroneously reported that Gov. Ralph Northam had signed the legislation into law. Northam had proposed an amendment that still requires approval from the state Legislature before it can become law.
