LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) - A man is heading to trial in a shooting outside a Pennsylvania motel last month that killed one man and wounded another after what authorities allege was a drug deal.

Tyler Elian Gonzalez-Inthiphan, 19, waived his preliminary hearing in Lancaster County on Monday on homicide, attempted homicide and related charges, LNP newspaper reported.

East Lampeter Township police and county prosecutors allege that he and another man opened fire from a car March 19 at the 1722 Motor Lodge on Old Philadelphia Pike outside Lancaster. Surveillance video shows muzzle flashes coming from the driver’s side and passenger’s side of the car, authorities said.

Alexander Aureli Rivera, 22, of Lancaster was killed and another man was shot in the abdomen, authorities said.

Both defendants are being held without bail at Lancaster County prison.
