ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A Florida man was sentenced to 20 years in prison Tuesday for selling drugs that led to a fatal overdose.
U.S. District Judge Roy Dalton Jr. sentenced Jonathan Bohn, 35, in Orlando federal court, according to court records. He was convicted in December of distributing a controlled substance that resulted in death.
Bohn sold a 45-year-old Orlando man cocaine laced with fentanyl and heroin in December 2017, prosecutors said. The victim’s daughter found him dead in their home the next day. The Orange County Medical Examiner’s office later determined that the victim’s cause of death was fentanyl and cocaine intoxication.
