JEANERETTE, La. (AP) - Two men accused in the fatal shooting of a Louisiana teenager have been arrested days after his death.

George Bobb IV, 19, and McClellan Molo, 19, were arrested Tuesday night in Rapides Parish, news outlets reported.

Kendall Thompson Jr., 17, was shot and killed Friday in Jeanerette. Bobb and Molo were transported to the city after their arrest to face second-degree murder charges, according to news outlets.

Two other suspects had already been arrested in connection with the death. Rondrick Grant, 21, was facing a second-degree murder charge and Travlon Dauphine, 20, was facing an accessory after the fact of second-degree murder charge.

It’s unclear whether any of the suspects had attorneys who could comment on their behalf.

Thompson was a junior firefighter with St. Mary Parish Fire District #11 before his death, KATC-TV reported.

“We all treated him as one of our little brothers and he’s going to be missed,” Fire Chief Clarence Clark said.
