ST. LOUIS (AP) - An eastern Missouri woman pleaded guilty Monday to a federal drug charge for providing the heroin and fentanyl that led to an overdose death.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in St. Louis said 25-year-old Shannon Rennee Bradley of Washington will be sentenced May 1 following her guilty plea in U.S. District Court.
Court documents say Bradley and Jacob Brewer sold drugs to the female victim and her boyfriend in October 2017. The court documents say the buyers used the drugs later that night and the boyfriend awoke to find the woman unresponsive.
She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Brewer pleaded guilty in May and faces sentencing Feb. 12.
