AUDUBON, N.J. (AP) - A deli owner was fatally stabbed outside his Audubon shop after an apparent confrontation, and police Saturday distributed a picture of a man on a bike they hoped to interview.

Authorities identified the victim as Shamrock Deli owner Jerome Pastore, 52, of West Berlin.

Neighbors said they heard shouting before the 5 p.m. attack on Friday. Neighbor Jim Chatelain said he then looked out and saw someone on the ground, WPVI-TV reported.

Pastore was rushed to nearby Cooper University Hospital in Camden, but died a short time later, officials said. No arrests have been made, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said.

___ This story has been corrected to say the victim’s name is Jerome, not Jason.
