WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - One man died and another was seriously injured when their motorcycles collided with a school bus in Wichita, police said.

Tyler Bins, 22, died and a 49-year-old man was injured in the collision with a bus for McLean Magnet Elementary School Wednesday afternoon, police spokesman Charley Davidson said.

Both motorcycles collided with the bus when it made a turn, Davidson said. Bins was pinned under the bus and died at the scene. The 49-year-old man’s injuries were not life-threatening, KAKE-TV reported.

Davidson said one of the four students on the bus suffered minor injuries.

Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash but it is still under investigation.
