ELKINS, W.Va. (AP) - A West Virginia man has been indicted on charges that he made a bomb, authorities said Tuesday.
William John Clark, 62, has been charged with making a destructive device as well as having an illegal firearm as a convicted felon, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell said in a news release.
The Buckhannon man faces a decade for the bomb charge and a decade for the illegal gun, Powell said.
Clark’s attorney didn’t return a voicemail seeking comment.
Court records show Clark has a preliminary hearing set for Wednesday.
