The narrative all week for the Ravens was singular: What happened last year against the Titans — an upset to knock Baltimore out of the playoffs — is out of mind.

But the feelings might still linger.

When Tennessee huddled around Baltimore’s midfield logo shortly before kickoff, coach John Harbaugh took exception. He approached the group and shared some heated words with a few Titans players, including cornerback Malcolm Butler and wide receiver A.J. Brown.

The exchange didn’t last long, although Harbaugh met with Titans coach Mike Vrabel after the initial incident, too. It seems possible some of the pregame heat comes as a result of last season’s 28-12 win for Tennessee in the divisional round of the playoffs.

At the half, Baltimore holds a 14-10 lead. Lamar Jackson has completed just 4 of his 11 first-half passing attempts and Ryan Tannehill threw a touchdown and an interception.
