KINGSVILLE, Md. (AP) - A Maryland man has been accused of firing gunshots at men who drove past him with a political sign on their truck as he was putting another sign on his property, authorities said.

Baltimore County police said Douglas Edward Kuhn, 50, fired at the men Saturday when they were driving by his property in Kingsville, The Baltimore Sun reported. Authorities say the men were honking their truck horn as they drove by.

Police said Kuhn fired his weapon several times, but there were no injuries. It is not clear how many people were involved in the incident, or what political signs they were displaying.

Kuhn has been charged with multiple charges, including use of a firearm as a felon and two counts of first and second degree assault, court records show.

He is being held without bail at a detention center in Baltimore County, and awaiting a bail review hearing.

It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
