Everything is bigger in Texas. Apparently, that philosophy also extends to a complaining fanbase.

According to a poll from MI Bets, which surveyed 5,103 people from Sept. 22 to Oct. 8, 2020, respondents voted the Dallas Cowboys fanbase to be the NFL’s biggest whiners, followed by the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles.

The rest of the NFC East isn’t far behind that top-five, with the New York Giants slotting in at No. 9 and the Washington Football Team rounding out the division at No. 12. All the way at No. 32 rests the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, perhaps buoyed momentarily by the arrival of Tom Brady under center.

Because voting ended Oct. 8 — the day after Washington head coach Ron Rivera benched quarterback Dwayne Haskins — it’s possible respondents didn’t have enough time to study how Washington’s fanbase reacted to Kyle Allen’s promotion to the starting job and the two losses that followed.

But either way, respondents noted the most annoying habit from Washington fans is how they conduct themselves on social media.
