OPINION:
Our southern border is still wide open. Criminals, even terrorists, regularly infiltrate our country. Human trafficking is rampant. Fentanyl overdoses have become the number-one cause of death among Americans aged 18-45. Illegals flood our hospitals, crowd our schools and overwhelm our welfare system, all at taxpayers’ expense. Furthermore, the health status of these foreigners is never vetted. When you consider the recent pandemic that crippled the entire world, President Biden’s dereliction of duty on this matter is inexcusable, perhaps impeachable.
Millions of unvaccinated aliens are now inside our country, and more are on the way. A cursory internet investigation suggests that Americans are now exposed to a plethora of deadly diseases. For example, scabies, chickenpox, methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus infections, various viruses, tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis, polio, measles, mumps, HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and many, many more. Biden’s executive order to open our border could usher in another pandemic. Why has he done this and why has Congress not stopped him? Most Americans favor legal immigration, the type that would be beneficial to America.
Republicans can win in November — if they pledge to secure the border and deport every illegal alien in the country. A nation without borders is no longer a nation. “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil” (Isaiah 5:20).
