OPINION:
I disagree with one of your recent headlines: “Trump pits minority voters against illegal immigrants in effort to soften Biden coalition” (web, June 20). Instead, it should have read, “Trump supports jobs for U.S. citizens.” The headline creates more division, and we do not need more division. Everyone already knows illegals are taking jobs away from U.S. legal citizens.
Your paper — to which my husband and I have subscribed for many years — should have used a more accurate headline.
