Authorities gave the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington an “all clear” to reopen Wednesday shortly after vials of blood were sent to the GOP offices.

A hazardous materials team from Capitol Police was on site. The substance was reportedly vials of blood delivered to the Republican Party’s headquarters. No injuries were reported.
