An unidentified man attending Morgan Wallen’s concert at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on Saturday allegedly exposed himself and urinated on a family of four, including an 8-year-old girl.

Troy Grevelding, who was attending with his wife, brother and niece, said the man seated behind them appeared intoxicated and had been acting disruptively before the incident.

According to Mr. Grevelding, he and his wife first realized what was happening when they felt a stream running down their legs. When he turned around, the man was exposing himself.

Security removed the man, but Mr. Grevelding recorded video showing a Maryland State Police trooper telling him that officers couldn’t immediately arrest the suspect because they hadn’t personally witnessed the act.

The video, which shows Mr. Grevelding and his family angrily confronting officers as the man was allowed to leave, went viral on social media.

According to Mr. Grevelding, a Maryland Transportation Authority Police detective later tracked down and detained the man outside the stadium.

Maryland Transportation Authority Police say they are investigating and are aware of the incident and the viral video.

Mr. Grevelding also said a stadium representative promised to make things right but had not followed up as of the report.
