“Stand By Me” actor Corey Feldman was hospitalized Monday after suffering a medical emergency on a flight from Chicago to Los Angeles, according to multiple media reports.

He was met by paramedics at the gate upon arrival at Los Angeles International Airport.

A doctor on board the flight requested that paramedics meet the plane upon landing, suspecting Mr. Feldman might be suffering from pancreatitis or gallstones, TMZ reported, adding “he is still undergoing tests at the hospital.”

Prior to the emergency, Mr. Feldman had been in Chicago for the “Stand By Me: The Film and Its Stars 40 Years Later” event at The Chicago Theater on Sunday, with fellow costars Jerry O’Connell and Wil Wheaton. In addition to “Stand By Me,” Mr. Feldman has also acted in “The Lost Boys” and “The Goonies” as well as other movies and TV shows.
