The Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos will wear throwback uniforms for Thursday’s primetime game.
Jersey aficionados hypothesize that the popular retro looks could be the most aesthetically pleasing matchup of the NFL season.
“So many people are gonna tune into Seahawks-Broncos tonight and say, ’This is the best-looking NFL game I’ve ever seen,’” Zach Cohen, a content creator who specializes in uniforms and designs, wrote on X. “The jerseys, the helmets, the Broncos’ field … it’ll be epic.”

The Broncos, who are hosting the showdown, will don their classic Orange Crush look popularized in the 1970s. The bright orange jerseys, glistening blue helmets and white britches are beloved by many NFL fans.
The Seahawks are playing into the classic vibes with their own throwbacks for a rare color-on-color game. Seattle will sport royal blue jerseys with silver helmets that feature the franchise’s original logo. Green stripes give the arrangement an extra pop of color.
“If you said that these were the two best uniforms in the NFL, I wouldn’t argue against it,” Cohen said.
The game kicks off at 8:15 p.m. Eastern time on Amazon’s Prime Video.
