Lou Gramm, front man for the British American rock band Foreigner, says his current North American tour will be his last time onstage, following his 2025 announcement that this would be his final year touring.
Mr. Gramm, 76, said he wants to retire while he can still hit the notes without faking it or lowering the key, and he wants more time with his children, cars and home after more than 54 years in music.
He called the tour a high point following his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, saying he has “done all there is to do.” He said he has been playing with his solo band and making special appearances with Foreigner.
