Producer Ryan Murphy’s hit TV show “Glee” will return to screens via Disney+ and Hulu, according to the show’s official Instagram account.
The show, a musical comedy-drama that follows a school choir in Ohio, ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2015.
Disney has not announced the cast, nor whether anyone from the original series will be returning. Two actors from the show, Naya Rivera and Mark Salling, have died since it went off the air — Rivera in a drowning accident and Salling by suicide after he was charged with possession of child pornography; actor Cory Monteith died in 2013 from a drug overdose.
