The hosts of “The View” attacked Megyn Kelly after the podcast host criticized actress Christina Applegate for getting emotional about her MS misdiagnosis.
Ms. Kelly said that Ms. Applegate is “crying now because I guess she no longer gets to be the face of this disease.”
“This is the problem with celebrities wanting to lean into their health problems,” Ms. Kelly added, further framing Ms. Applegate’s situation as a “wild goose chase.”

“View” panelist Whoopi Goldberg responded Thursday to Ms. Kelly.
“So, let me ask you, ma’am, you think Christina wanted to have MS so she could have a good time? Are you crazy?” Ms. Goldberg said.
Panelist Ana Navarro called Ms. Kelly a “fungus that thrives on oxygen that gets by purposely creating outrage.”
