Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline, owes at least $117,704 to City National Bank since her child support payments came to a halt, according to documents Page Six obtained.
Mr. Federline signed an agreement to pay his debts in November 2024, around the time Ms. Spears made her last child support payment of $40,000 a month for their two sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.
The couple married in 2004 and split three years later, with Ms. Spears alleging the reason was his “enthrallment with fame and the power.”

Mr. Federline’s memoir, “You Thought You Knew,” was released in October 2025, with a publicist telling Rob Shuter’s Substack, “This book was supposed to be his next payday.”
The book failed to break into Amazon’s top 500 list, with an insider claiming Mr. Federline “wanted attention and redemption.”
In the book, he alleges Ms. Spears used cocaine while breastfeeding and stood in her sons’ doorway at night with a knife in her hand.
Ms. Spears disputed the claims on Instagram, citing “constant gaslighting” from her ex-husband.
“I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys,” she wrote. “I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and almost begged for them to be a part of my life.”
