PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) - Prosecutors have charged a Pine Bluff man with three counts of capital murder for the deaths of three people, including his mother.
Alan Michael Moore, 19, was charged Wednesday for the Dec. 31 death of Sidney Hayes and the Jan. 3 deaths of Lisa Moore and Jamarius Haltiwanger, the Pine Bluff Commercial reported.
Hayes was found suffering from a stab wound to his upper chest outside of a Pine Bluff restaurant, according to an affidavit. He was pronounced dead at a Pine Bluff hospital.
Days later, the bodies of Lisa Moore - who is Alan Moore’s mother - and Haltiwanger were discovered in a home. Police said they had also been stabbed.
Moore is being held without bond, and court records don’t list an attorney would could speak on his behalf.
