DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - A Davenport woman has been arrested, accused of setting fires inside her apartment.
The Quad-City Times reports (https://bit.ly/2e39CJC ) that 37-year-old Cori Ellis is charged with felony arson. Scott County Jail records say Ellis remained in custody Friday, pending $10,000 bail. Her attorney didn’t immediately return a call from The Associated Press.
An arrest affidavit says that on Sept. 27 Ellis set fire to a pile of clothes in her living room and a shower curtain in her bathroom, intending to damage the six-unit building.
Her arraignment is set for Nov. 3.
