HOCKESSIN, Del. (AP) - Police in Delaware say they’ve charged a man with his sixth DUI.
Delaware State Police said in a statement Wednesday that they charged David L. Brower of Hockessin after he crashed his car.
Police said he struck an embankment in the yard of a residence. Brower was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It’s unclear if he’s hired a lawyer.
Police said they learned that Brower was driving under the influence of alcohol - and that he had five prior DUI convictions.
