NEWARK, Del. (AP) - A Delaware man accused of placing a hidden camera in a women’s bathroom at the office where he worked has been charged with invasion of privacy.

News outlets report that Newark police charged 59-year-old Desi Turner on Monday with two counts of the crime. Lt. Andrew Rubin said Turner is accused of placing a camera in a bathroom stall in an area of his real estate office that’s sometimes open to the public. Rubin said the camera was discovered last week and two women identified in video from Nov. 11 were notified that they’d been filmed without their consent.

A police statement says Turner has been released on bond. It’s unclear whether he has an attorney who can comment on his behalf.
