VERSALLIES, Mo. (AP) - A central Missouri sheriff who was suspended from his duties in October was arrested during the weekend on a misdemeanor assault charge.

Greg Berry, 49, of Versailles, was arrested Saturday afternoon on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic assault, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report. He was released on his own recognizance, KYTV reported.
