READING, Pa. (AP) - A man has been ordered to stand trial in the stabbing death of another man in an eastern Pennsylvania home last fall.

Thirty-year-old Julio Ortiz-Lugo is charged in Berks County in the Nov. 17 slaying of 35-year-old Juan Lopez-Bonilla in a Reading home.

A witness said in a videotaped statement that the defendant stabbed the victim, but acknowledged under cross-examination Wednesday that she hadn’t seen the actual stabbing.

The Reading Eagle (https://bit.ly/1gZEELc ) reports that she said she left the room after the two began fighting, and saw the victim’s body in a chair when she returned.

Another witness testified that she had told the defendant to move out of the home hours earlier.

A district judge ruled that prosecutors had presented enough evidence to send the case to trial.
