The adult son of a Baltimore City State’s Attorney official will appear in court Thursday on charges that he raped two 13-year-old girls, impregnating one of the victims.
A criminal complaint says Malik Hassan Allen, 20, is accused of sexually assaulting the girls in separate attacks in May and August 2025. The defendant is the son of Hassan Giordano, the chief of external affairs for the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office.
The alleged attacks took place in Baltimore, but a spokesman for the city prosecutor’s office said the case was turned over to the Baltimore County state’s attorney’s office “because of the potential conflict, so that they could conduct their own investigation.”

Charging documents say the suspect attacked one girl on Aug. 13, 2025, while she was asleep in her home. The documents were first obtained by WJZ-TV.
The victim said the suspect forced himself on her and tried to yank down her pants, according to the filing.
The girl said she tried to fight off her assailant, but he gripped her hard and hurt her before continuing the attack. The documents say the assailant stopped when he heard the victim’s brother call out his name.
The girl told police that Mr. Allen threatened her if she discussed the attack with anyone. The filing says a June 2026 DNA test confirmed Mr. Allen is the father of the girl’s newborn child.
Charging documents say Mr. Allen assaulted a 13-year-old girl at his home in May 2025.
Mr. Allen faces several charges, including rape, assault and other sex offenses. He has been jailed since his arrest in June.
