Mandarin Restaurants is a chain of all-you-can-eat Chinese-Canadian buffets in Ontario, Canada Mandarin Restaurants was founded in 1979 by James Chiu, George Chiu, Diana Chiu and K.C. Chang. The first restaurant was a small à-la-carte restaurant in Brampton, Ontario. The buffet concept was introduced in 1987 with the opening of their first franchise location in Mississauga. All items are prepared fresh daily and include soups, salads, hot foods, grilled items, sushi, dessert and an ice cream sundae bar. Today, there are 22 locations, each serving over 150 items on the buffet. Each restaurant also offers an à-la-carte menu, take-out and delivery. - Source: Wikipedia
