CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A corrections officer accused of possessing and distributing child pornography has been suspended without pay.

Camden County prosecutors say Mark Medina was arrested Friday following the execution of multiple search warrants. The arrest was made public Monday.

The 28-year-old Waterford Township man is a corrections officer at the Camden County jail.

Authorities say child porn videos were found on Medina’s cell phone, which they say was seized from his vehicle while it was parked at the jail. Additional videos were found on a thumb drive at his home, and authorities also seized a laptop and iPod from the residence.

A telephone number for Medina could not be located Monday. It wasn’t known if he’s retained an attorney.
