PHOENIX (AP) - An El Mirage man has been arrested and accused of endangerment and unlawful flight from law enforcement after driving his motorcycle erratically at high speeds on a Phoenix freeway.
Phoenix police say 22-year-old Noah Kekoa Ling was arrested Wednesday.
Bond was set at $5,000 at his initial court appearance Thursday. Ling doesn’t have an attorney yet.
Police say Ling has been seen driving his motorcycle on the shoulder area of the Loop 101 and splitting traffic at least five times in the past two months on the freeway.
Authorities say Ling also has allegedly run red lights and stop signs and evaded law enforcement vehicles in 100 mph pursuits as they tried to pull him over.
Ling’s next scheduled court appearance is a June 29 status conference.
