ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A 60-year-old Kenai man died of injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on the Dalton Highway.
Alaska State Troopers say Ricky Koch was killed Sunday morning on the road to Prudhoe Bay.
Koch was with friends riding near Mile 39 when his motorcycle left the roadway.
His friends drove him to Livengood (LEYE-ven-good) and contacted a resident with a phone.
People on scene attempted CPR but flight medics from Guardian Flight pronounced Koch dead.
Troopers say Koch was not wearing a helmet when he crashed.
