Congressman Allen West, Florida Republican, went after President Barack Obama on Saturday, saying he couldn’t “stand the guy.”

Mr West told a group of supporters in Texas last weekend, “See, our government wants to castigate us as the enemy. Our president went down and said that the problem is here in the United States of America. Well let’s face it. Wherever he goes, he’s going to apology for this country. I can’t stand the guy.”

Rep. West was criticizing Mr. Obama’s remarks on immigration recently.
