Bethesda family gives thanks by giving to Sandy victims

The Audas family of Bethesda, Md. has collected clothing and will spend their Thanksgiving in N.J. volunteering to help Sandy victims.

On Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, Abbi and Andrew Audas pick up donations from the Keep Them Cozy box at Abbie's school, Pyle Middle School in Bethesda, Md. The family regularly checks the boxes at both children's schools, and they keep getting donations dropped off at their house as well. They plan to leave next Wednesday to drive things up to New Jersey, where they will stay and volunteer for a few days. (Barbara L. Salisbury/The Washington Times)
