How did you get started in real estate? I had been volunteering and fundraising in my community for years, and I had always been interested in real estate. I thought it would be a good fit for me because I love helping people. I really enjoy working with clients and finding the perfect home.

Worst experience buying or selling a house: My clients missed the deadline for the $8,000 federal tax credit for first-time homebuyers by two days. The seller, however, agreed to pay $8,000 in closing costs for the buyers, so it all worked out.
