New in Virginia: Village Green

Beazer Homes is building single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre sites at Village Green in Leesburg, a community with a swimming pool, tot lot and tennis court near Dulles Town Center, Leesburg Premium Outlets, golf courses and wineries. There is a MARC train station within three miles.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include four bedrooms, two or three full baths, a powder room, a low-maintenance exterior, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Standard features include hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen; oak vanities, cultured marble vanity tops and ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the baths; and energy-saving features such as low-E windows, a programmable thermostat and a home energy monitor.

The homes have 2,528 to 3,346 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,990 to $460,990. Homeowner association fees are $105 per month.

The Kingston II model, with 2,972 square feet, is priced from $445,990. This home features a front porch with columns leading into the foyer, which is open to the living room. The main level has a formal dining room with a bay window, a powder room, and a corner study with double-door entrance.

Across the back of the main level are a family room with windows on three sides, a breakfast area with a pantry, and a center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower.

Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, a second full bath and a laundry room, complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, morning rooms, room extensions, extra bedrooms, extra baths, bay windows, fireplaces, a luxury master bath and tray ceilings.
