As Indian summer suffuses the shoreline with a warm golden glow, visitors to the Delaware beaches often wish they could return to watch the sky and sea in every season.

Buyers who purchase vacation homes near the water enjoy the pleasure of spur-of-the-moment beach trips without the complication of needing a hotel reservation.
