Police say a 9-year-old boy has been wounded by a stray bullet from an apparent drive-by shooting in Saginaw. The Saginaw News reports (http://bit.ly/1xWwyiL ) the boy was struck in the arm on Tuesday evening in the Sheridan Park subdivision while playing basketball in his driveway. The boy was taken to a hospital for treatment and was expected to recover. No arrests were immediately reported.
