In this video screen image from the California Department of Justice new website, shows what's being billed as a first-of-its kind state-run website: "Open Justice," to provide data on law enforcement's interactions with the public. The effort, set to be announced Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, by California Attorney General Kama Harris' office, is the culmination of months of work aimed at improving transparency and government accountability after law enforcement interactions with the public sparked a national dialogue on police practices over the last year.
