In this Jan. 14, 2015 photo are dolls wearing the 2011, right front, and 1983, center, inaugural gown of Iowa first lady Chris Branstad in a case displaying the gowns of first ladies in the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines. While Chris Branstad has two dolls in the case, because Branstad has served two different stints in office, no new doll will be made to commemorate Branstad's sixth inauguration. A spokesman says the custom is to create a doll for the inauguration of a new governor, not for every inaugural ball. (AP Photo/Catherine Lucey)
