CORRECTS SUBJECT OF HEARING TO MURDER CHARGES INSTEAD OF ROBBERY CHARGES - Marion Hugh "Suge" Knight looks toward the gallery as he sits with his attorney Thomas Mesereau in Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Judge Stephen Marcus rejected a motion by Mesereau to dismiss the case against Knight because a key witness refused to identify the Death Row Records co-founder as the person who ran him over. Marcus disagreed, ruling that Knight should stand trial for murder, saying there was no dispute that Knight was behind the wheel of his pickup when he ran over Cle "Bone" Sloan and another man outside a Compton burger stand in late January. Knight was also in court on Tuesday for a hearing in an unrelated robbery case, in which another judge set a Sept. 17 date for a preliminary hearing. (Patrick T. Fallon/Pool Photo via AP)
