In this photo provided by Christ Memorial Lutheran Church is Ashlee Steele who was found dead of a gunshot wound Aug. 22, 2014 at her home in Fitchburg, Wis. Authorities said Tuesday, Aug. 26, that Ashlee's sister, Kacee Tollefsbol, called 911 before she died and identified Andy Steele, her brother-in-law, as the man who shot her. Andy Steele, a newly retired Wisconsin sheriff's deputy suffering from Lou Gehrig's disease, was arrested after the attack that left his wife, Ashlee Steele, and Tollefsbol, dead. He hasn’t been charged yet, but according to police Tollefsbol implicated him as her assailant twice before she died. (AP Photo/Christ Memorial Lutheran Church)
