A Sedalia police officer was on alert Thursday, May 21, 2015, at a standoff in Sedalia, Mo. where police believe they have a suspect in the slayings of Sandra Sutton and her teenage son Zachary Wade Sutton. Sandra Kay Sutton, who authorities said had been held captive in a wooden box for months before being freed about three weeks ago, was found dead early Thursday, along with her 17-year-old son, from what appear to be gunshot wounds, police said.
