Deputy Joshua Dubin said investigators don’t know if they’re the burglars but they sure are “persons of interest.” Dubin says a Santa Clarita, Calif., woman returned home on July 30, 2014, to discover thieves apparently had broken into her home and ransacked the place, taking cash and electronics, including either her cellphone or tablet. A few days later the woman logged into her cloud computer account and saw photos taken after the burglary of a man and woman she didn’t know. Hegseth joins veterans, generals to mark 80th anniversary of battle of Iwo Jima
A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
