In this photo taken Thursday, May 7, 2015, Mark Ducharme, of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, shows where some oil remains in the ground in a wetland next to the Kalamazoo River in Calhoun County, Mich. An Enbridge Inc. pipeline ruptured in 2010, spilling more than 800,000 gallons of crude oil into Talmadge Creek and the river. The state of Michigan and Enbridge Energy have filed a settlement related to the spill.
