FILE - In this Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, file photo, a small group of bison are herded toward the chutes during the annual roundup at the National Bison Range near Moise, Mont. Big changes are afoot at the 19,000-acre Bison Range in northwestern Montana as it opens this weekend. The opening comes less than six months after the passage of a law that transferred the management of the 19,000-acre range from the federal government to the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Entrance fees have increased and hours of operation have changed slightly. Tribal officials said all proceeds will be used for the management and operation of the Bison Range. The museum is being remodeled and a gift shop is on track to open in June 2021. (Kurt Wilson/The Missoulian via AP)
