In this Tuesday, April 5, 2016 photo, two-year-old Amariyana Wells goofs around with her mother Latrice Wells in a conference room at the Van Buren Township Public Safety Department, in Mich. Firefighter John Henderson, along with several other emergency personnel, were honored for saving Amariyana from a house fire in December 2015. Henderson entered the burning structure without his helmet and later drove the ambulance to the hospital so that both paramedics could work with Amariyana in the back. The Van Buren Township Public Safety Department awarded Henderson the medal of honor, the highest honor they can bestow.
