FILE- In a July 29, 2015 file photo, an art installation, Hamtramck's Disneyland, is seen in Hamtramck, Mich. A retired autoworker spent two decades building his backyard folk art display of brightly painted ceiling fans, rocking horses and plastic Santas. The installation of folk art is up for sale. The Detroit Free Press reports the backyard installation is on the market for $120,000, which is the asking price of its two neighboring houses. Real estate agent Richard Landuyt said the adjoining houses are being sold together, and whoever buys them gets the art. (AP Photo/Carlos Osorio_FILE)
