Correction

A story in some of Friday’s editions wrongly attributed a quote. Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, said, “When the president calls Harry Reid and says I can get some more votes for you, we’ll come back to it. But until that time, we can’t. They said he made some phone calls, but he could only deliver six or seven votes.”
