Bozzuto Homes Inc. is building 144 stacked town-home-style condominiums at Maple Lawn in Howard County, a planned community with a clubhouse, swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, nature trails, basketball and multipurpose courts, and cafes, stores and restaurants.

Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick-and-fiber cement-siding exterior, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, both models feature two or three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings throughout; crown moldings; 42-inch maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a high-tech wiring system; and gas heat and hot water. The upper-level homes each have a private elevator.

The homes have about 1,615 to 2,614 finished square feet, with base prices from $339,990 to $469,990. Condominium association fees are $265 per month.

The Sugar Maple model has 2,614 square feet and is priced from $469,990. This upper-level home features a foyer with a garage entrance and both stairs and a private elevator to the upper levels.

The main level has open living and dining rooms with an optional two-sided fireplace, a study and a powder room.

The kitchen includes a pantry and a breakfast bar open to the family room, which has sliding glass doors to a balcony.

Upstairs, the master suite has a double-size walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
